-Physical property measurements of 16 ionic liquids (phase transition temperatures, densities, refractive indices, surface tensions, solvatochromic polarities, NMR chemical shifts, temperature dependent viscosities, conductivities, and cation diffusion coefficients)
-Study of solvation and rotational dynamics of coumarin 153 in a diverse collection of 21 room temperature ionic liquids using steady-state and time-resolved emission spectroscopy
-Dynamic heterogeneity in ionic liquids studied by the excitation wavelength dependence of emission kinetics of several solutes using steady-state and time-resolved emission spectroscopy
-Ultrafast non-radiative deactivation of malononitriles in conventional solvents with different viscosities and polarities at room-temperature and at low temperatures.
